Programme for the Herschel Lessons Learned Meeting: "Operations from Cradle to Grave"

The meeting emphasises discussion.

Discussion will be fuelled by proposed "Lessons" recorded before (and during; and after) the meeting. at:

The programme will be expanded into greater detail by the Session Moderators.

The duties of the moderator go far beyond the duties of a normal session chair in a conference.

The session moderator :==>

• Reports to the HSOCG through the HSCOG Chair (L. Metcalfe)
• Takes full responsibility for preparing the Session: The Agenda for the Session is the responsibility of the Moderator
• Liaises in advance, as necessary, with any speakers for the session
• Screens the "Lessons" repositories for items relevant to their session, and thus
• Prepares an agenda for the session; stimulates and moderates the discussion of the session, and
• Produces after the meeting, a written report with conclusions and lessons learned for the Session.
