A limited number of rooms have been pre-booked with a special discount price in Hotel NH Alberto Aguilera located in the centre of Madrid. The rooms will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

Participants need to make their own reservations directly with the hotel for the discount.

A free bus service will be organized between the Hotel NH Alberto Aguilera and ESAC during the meeting dates. The bus will leave every morning at 8:15 sharp from the Hotel NH Alberto Aguilera.
