Changes between HIPE 8.1 and 8.2

Core

• getObs now creates a variable with the standard name obsid_<obsid>.
• Images are no longer shown flipped with respect to ds9.
• Fixed a problem that would cause line intensity map baseline fitting to fail.
• Fixed computation of sky area in CSAT aperture spectral extractions.
• Fixed an error that would cause the methods toFineTime(obt) and toObt(FineTime) of the TimeCorrProduct class to return an incorrect result for times after 1 July 2012.
• Fixed a problem that would cause the standard color image viewer to malfunction on RGB images created from HIFI data.
• Fixed a problem that would cause the Query class to change the the _where attribute after the asPredicate method was called.

HIFI

• Fixed a problem that would cause Decon to use lines flags as spur flags.
• Fixed a problem that would cause the HIFI pipeline to crash with an out of memory error.
• Updated the HIFI Data Reduction Guide for changes to fitHifiFringe.

PACS

• Fixed a problem that would cause the timeordered option for deglitching to flag too much data.
• Fixed broken link HIPE Help->Data Reduction->PACS Data Reduction.
• Fixed a problem that would cause the compulsory metadatum description to remain empty in many PACS products.
• Added all makeTodArray input arguments to its output PacsTodProduct.
• Changed PACS quality flag name Usable pixels to Percentage of pixels used for the projection.
• Fixed a problem that would cause the metadata wavelength at the L2 red photometer map to provide the value of the blue band ("70.0" or "100.0") instead of "160.0".
• Fixed a problem that would cause the Browse Product to show holes in the L2 maps in some cases.

SPIRE

• Changed baseline removal in pipeline merging script.
• Updated beam areas in SPIRE Data Reduction Guide.
• Fixed several issues with the extended processing locator.
