Changes between HIPE 5.2 and 5.3

Core system

• Fixed a problem in the Product Browser that would lead to a crash of the operating system's window manager when a query returning more than 5000 products was executed.
• Fixed a problem that would cause an error when searching through All Local Pools in the Product Browser.
• Fixed a problem that would cause getObservation to return the wrong observation. This only happened if you switched from HIPE 6.0 to HIPE 5.0.
• Added a popup window to delete HSA cache lock files when accessing the Herschel Science Archive from the HIPE graphical interface.
