The goal of this project is to work with a set of SPIRE FTS observations and spectra in the Herschel Science Archive to improve their legacy values by correcting for all the imperfections and effects introduced by the instruments and the telescope. This will de done using tools for background emission subtraction and semi-extended source and pointing offset correction.
