| Herschel Ancillary Data Product Page
|
| Introduction
This page compiles the current plans for Ancillary Data Products to be delivered as part of the Herschel Explanatory Legacy Library (HELL). Ancillary Products are data (products, tables, plots. etc) generated in the course of the Herschel (pre-launched and in-orbit) mission that are not necessarily linked to an obsid, but that shall be preserved for legacy. |

The following tables summarises information I gathered either in emails (esp. for PACS) or presentations (from the handover meetings of HIFI and SPIRE). When applicable I also provide links to (mostly twiki) pages illustrating the products meant to be preserved. It does not guarantee, however, that all contemplated items will eventually be kept as Ancillary Data Products. |

Calibration deliveries |
All calibration deliveries from ICCs (and the HSC, for pointing), Organised by OD initially, then by observing cycle (one sub-directory per instrument/delivery). |
Mission configurations |
All CUS deliveries from ICCs and the resulting MCs built from them. One sub-directory per instrument with the CUS used to build the new MC for each instrument. |
HPSDBs |
All HPSDB deliveries, including failed deliveries. These incorporate the MiB for each instrument. |
HSpot files |
HSpot .prop files for each MC that controlled the configuration of parameters in the CUS in HSpot. |
Manual commanding (MOIS) files |
What was provided, as is, by LOR. |
