As some of you have immediately spotted, the recent HSC e-News #21
contained a small typo in the dates assigned to the Herschel conference:

"The (F)IR Universe three years later - the contributions by Herschel", 15-18 October 2013

The Herschel First Results Symposium was held in May 2010 in the ESTEC Conference Centre. More than 400 astronomers shared in the excitement during the four memorable days of the first major scientific symposium featuring Herschel results.

The organisers are now pleased to extend an invitation to a follow-up meeting.

"The (F)IR universe three years later - the contributions by Herschel"
15-18 October 2013, ESTEC, Noordwijk, The Netherlands

The overall objective of the meeting will be to present and take stock of what has been learned to date based on Herschel observations. The symposium will feature invited and contributed talks, and poster sessions.

More information and the formal first announcement will be issued about a year ahead of the meeting date.

For now reserve the symposium dates 15-18 October 2013 in your agenda.
