The attached tarball contains all the source and style files that are 
required to use the Herschelform PDFLatex package for the 2011 Herschel
Second Open Time Call.

To extract the files type:

tar -xvf HerschelFORMnormal.tar

This should give you the following files:

common2enormal.sty  herschelformnormal.cls  templatenormal.pdf  
usersmanual_AO2011.pdf    config.sty    templatenormal.tex      galaxy.pdf

We recommend that you print out the users' manual (usersmanual_AO2011.pdf)
and keep it for reference due to the considerable number of changes made in
the format for the 2011 Call.

You may find it useful to print out the compiled blank template file 
(templatenormal.pdf) as an example of how the format should appear 
when completed.

Please rename the template file (templatenormal.tex) and fill it in to prepare
the scientific case of your proposal. This file should later be compiled and 
the resulting PDF file uploaded into HSpot when your proposal is submitted. 
To compile, type "pdflatex myfile.tex"; it will generate a PDF file called 
"myfile.pdf".

The file "galaxy.pdf" is a sample image to show how images are handled 
in the Herschelform PDFLatex package.

Modification of the style files to change font sizes, page limits, etc. 
is strictly prohibited and will lead to your proposal being rejected.
