In the Proposal Handling Service, whereby a PI has logged in to see his/her proposal, the PI has the possibility of adding a co-user to his/her proposal by clicking on the menu option "adding a co-user to proposal". Once this option is selected then he/she must insert the user-id of that person in the appropriate window and corresponding to the relevant proposal in question. If the person is within the RSSD LDAP system but not yet signed on for Herschel via the Proposal Handling Service, then the 1st time that the user-id is added it will not appear against the proposal. It will only appear on the second attempt.

- Implication for user: this is a minor bug that the user can resolve without outside assistance.

- Recommended action: If this occurs, enter the required co-user name twice in order to get it into the system.
