This field is useful for communicating any additional information to the HSC, as needed. See the relevant Call for Proposals to determine if you need to enter any information in this field. Otherwise leave the Extra Text field blank.

In the initial call for proposals the limit to extra text has been set to 200 lines. However, as lines do not wrap around, the limit is effectively 200 paragraphs.

	Warning
	This field will not usually be read unless some problem is found with the proposal. Astronomers should thus be wary of adding large amounts of extra information on the automatic assumption that it will go to HOTAC.
